The first time Marta and Edi got in touch with me, I knew we were a perfect match. Marta contacted me and said "Do you still have dates available for 4 months from today?". As one may know, photographers are one of the first booked vendors, so I'm not used to get these inquiries in such short notice. But luckily we were in a pandemic and lots of weddings had been postponed. As soon as I said "I'm available", Marta told me to book the date, regardless of everything. We booked the usual meeting and I felt so comfortable around them and their beautiful daughter. At this point, they already decided that they want to hire me, so we're just having some casual conversations.
They decided to do their wedding in Alenquer, Portugal at the amazing breath-taking venue Herdade da Emberíza. However, their wedding day was filled with unexpected twists. Unfortunately on the previous day some important guests tested positive for covid-19. But we were dedicated to make everything work. They chose one of the best wedding planners in Portugal, Escape Eventos and they made sure that everything was as Marta and Edi imagined until the last detail.
The cerimony was very emotional and I couldn't help but to tear up a little bit. The day was filled with love and joy, and it was overall a very well spent day.
